Job Summary:

Seeking for a Project Manager responsible for oversight, leadership, and project management for large strategic projects with high visibility at the Executive level. These projects require a dedicated project manager due to their complexity, stakeholder diversity, and integration needs. The position ensures consistency with project management methodologies, manages long-term planning, and maintains communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders and vendors, dedicating 15–20% of time to executive-level communication.
• Establish and monitor project controls to manage cost, quality, and schedule changes.
• Provide planning, staffing, and reporting to achieve project goals according to the sponsor's objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and deliverables according to the project plan.
• Contribute to the overall operation and objectives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in team environments within matrix organizations.
• 5 years of experience resolving complex conflicts and requirements.
• 5 years of experience in Project Management principles and methodologies.
• 5 years of experience with system development methodologies.
• 5 years of experience in clear communication of stakeholder needs.
• 5 years of experience analyzing data and developing solutions.
• 5 years of experience in team communication and consensus building.
• 5 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a federal/state/government or public sector environment.
• Experience in multiple relevant roles (e.g., Project Manager, Program Manager).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PfMP, etc.).
