Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Govern the HR Shared Services JIRA intake process, partnering with process owners, Strategic Project Managers, HR Service Center leaders, and System Module Owners to assess requests, support prioritization, align resources, and develop timelines for new projects, HR Service Center work transfers, and HR system enhancements.
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, governance materials, and other tools to support consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Create a monthly HR Technology summary of completed enhancements and the forward-looking pipeline.
- Strong Project Management and organization skills with knowledge of JIRA are a requirement.
MUST HAVE: PMP Cert and JIRA experience (or similar too)
