Goal
The Home Modernization team is seeking a Project Manager to provide IRA implementation support. The role includes working with various data sources including pulling records, invoice processing, and internal auditing.

Experience required

3-6 years

Required skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word)
Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM)
Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and/or internal auditing
Prior experience with federal and state grant administration is preferred - Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background

Special skills

Strong ability to analyize data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Tasks

Assist with monthly and quarterly Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting;
Review IRA documentation approved by implementation staff for complaince with NYSERDA policies;
Responsible for pulling records, intense federal level reporting, and internal auditing;
Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Home Modernization team
