Project Manager
Phoenix, Client- Hybrid 3-2 days in a week
6+ Months Contract
Experience with payment gateways and/or payment orchestration preferable.
Job Description:
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Manage product initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, Clienthitecture, operations, compliance, security, finance, and business stakeholders.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Manage complex dependencies across systems, teams, vendors, integrations, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with technical teams on APIs, payment processing flows, integrations, data, security, and scalability.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and define success metrics.
- Lead stakeholder communication, status reporting, issue resolution, and decision-making.
- Support testing, implementation, change management, and post-launch adoption.
- Identify product risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with project and technology leadership.
Required :
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technology program management, business analysis, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems, teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Strong experience gathering requirements, creating product documentation, and managing roadmaps and backlogs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise technology.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives to completion with limited oversight.
Desired :
- Experience with payment gateways, payment orchestration, merchant acquiring, payment processing, or digital payments.
- Program management experience.
- Familiarity with payment methods, authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, and transaction routing.
- Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, tokenization, encryption, authentication, and payment security practices.
- Experience working with third-party payment providers, processors, banks, or fintech partners.
- Product management certification or experience in a regulated financial services environment.
