Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a Delivery & Communications Lead supporting large-scale re-engineering and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a program and project management professional who can act as a delivery lead and communications anchor, translating complex discussions into clear execution plans, success criteria, and stakeholder-ready materials. This position drives consistent communication, documentation, training, and adoption to ensure migrations are delivered on time and new processes are embedded into business as usual.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management
• Contribute to project plans and budgets, and work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution
• Analyze resource requirements, project dependencies, planning, status reporting, and ongoing risk adaptation
• Manage milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for multi-workstream delivery
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders including technology, business, SMEs, and leadership
• Drive the delivery of centralized reporting and execution layers
• Enable training, documentation, and adoption of new processes and tools

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Experience in executive communication, storytelling, and translating complex topics into actionable plans
• Experience supporting large-scale migration and re-engineering efforts
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other collaboration tools
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies

Pay range:$50.63 - $58.63 per hour
