Summary
We are seeking techno-functional roles Consultant to join in the Corporate Finance Portfolio at a wealth management firm to build Branch Real Estate products. This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of Branch Real Estate and Facility management capabilities
Responsibilities
• Function as a Business Systems Analyst eliciting requirements from business stakeholders and refining those requirements into engineering-ready deliverables that support the successful implementation of Real Estate and Leasing solutions
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of the features being built
• Participate in planning, prioritizing, and support execution across multiple agile teams
• Collaborate and Support Product Owners, Developers, and Solution architects to define feature requirements and author User stories for Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management, Capital Project Manage Management and Lease Administration (ex: Tango platform)
• Function as an SME for Commercial Real Estate management. The role will sit in Oracle Fusion design/integration sessions as the BRE digital representative - translating lease admin, lease accounting, and real estate project requirements into system/interface needs, etc.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in product roles and/or techno-functional roles
• Deep working knowledge of lease administration and lease accounting (Lease accounting control ASC 842), renewals/amendments, CAM reconciliation and real estate project/capital project lifecycle (budgeting, funding, milestone billing), this domain fluency is core.
• Experience with modern ERP (data mapping, file/interface formats, integration testing)
• Prior Oracle Fusion exposure with experience in above functions and modules is highly desirable
• Knowledge of any of the following domains and systems such as e-procurement, and Finance ERP
• Customer Advocacy skills
• Finance industry experience (added advantage)
• Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information (“bias for action”).
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
