Program Aide (305) – Weippe  So much fun stuff happens in our classrooms every day! Everyday children are guided through exploration and learning activities, they are provided with healthy meals and snacks and they are encouraged to learn through play.  LCECP is seeking a caring person, who is passionate about education, for a Program Aide position.  Position Summary:  Our Program Aides are an important part of the classroom team at LCECP, by supporting all the fun, learning and growing that happens in the classroom. We are looking for someone who likes being part of a team and making a difference in children’s lives. We are looking for a caring person, who enjoys a fast-paced job. The Program Aide will be responsible for: ·         Greeting children and families with a smile and a positive attitude·         Serving breakfast/snack and lunch – including picking up of the meals from the kitchen·         Under direction from the teacher, participate in play activities ·         Cleaning classroom, restrooms, and other common areas  Contact Human Resources for a full job description.  Education Requirement:  ·         High School Diploma or GED·         Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings. ·         Must be willing to get further education as needed/required to acquire or maintain skills.  Wage: $15.76 per hour20 hrs. a week/ 35 weeks a year 
This position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days.

 Competitive wage based on education and experience.
