A leading powersports dealership in Vista is looking for a Product Specialist to join our growing Sales Team! If you love motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and helping customers find the right ride, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professional with powersports industry experience who is ready to make an impact. Our dealership is known for exceptional customer service, a fun team environment, and creating an exciting experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Essential Functions:

• Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
• Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays

Schedule:

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.

• 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred
