Product Owner / Business Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to help shape and deliver our Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions. You'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning complex needs into clear, actionable requirements. You'll also use modern AI tools to speed up discovery, design, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that development and QA teams can act on
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality solutions
• Manage and prioritize the backlog, and take part in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, keeping them aligned and informed throughout delivery
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirements discovery, brainstorming, process analysis, user story creation, and rapid mockup and prototype development
• Create and maintain documentation, wireframes, and prototypes in tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
• Proven experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support requirements discovery, brainstorming, process analysis, user story creation, and rapid prototyping
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools to speed up requirement elicitation, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration

Preferred

• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Payroll, or HCM domains
