Job Description:
We are seeking aProduct Manager with strong experience in theMedia and Entertainment industry to drive workflow automation, operational efficiency, and large-scale content management initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver user-centric solutions and streamline media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to rollout and optimization.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute scalable workflows for music and content operations.

• Translate complex operational needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

• Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years ofProduct Management experience inMedia/Entertainment.

• Strong understanding ofworkflow automation and content pipeline optimization.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with large-scale digital media platforms.
