Product Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, data-savvy Lead Product Manager who can connect the dots across complex data sources, systems, and business processes to solve core business problems. This individual will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for multiple or complex products, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with data-intensive products and platforms, understands how data can be leveraged to drive product and business decisions, and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. Exposure to graph technologies, Generative AI (GenAI), and other emerging data technologies is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for multiple products or complex product areas.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and translate business problems into actionable product strategies and requirements.
• Connect and evaluate information across multiple data sources, platforms, and systems to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user needs, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.
• Lead products and features throughout the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Develop a deep understanding of relevant business processes, product areas, users, and underlying data.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, prioritize opportunities, and measure product outcomes.
• Identify gaps and unmet user needs through research, stakeholder engagement, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Develop product vision, strategy, requirements, user stories, and other documentation needed to guide engineering and delivery teams.
• Conduct or commission research and experiments to uncover additional user value and validate product concepts.
• Work closely with engineering, data, architecture, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Independently manage multiple initiatives and product priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Management, preferably leading complex, data-driven products or platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear product strategies and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of data, data sources, integrations, and interconnected systems.
• Experience using data and analytics to support product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
• Experience conducting user research, product discovery, experimentation, or other methods of validating product opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graph technologies, graph databases, or knowledge graphs.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-enabled product solutions.
• Experience developing products that bring together data from multiple enterprise systems or sources.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, data architecture, APIs, and emerging AI/data technologies.
