At Product Hackers, we are driven by growth and optimization. That's why we are looking for a key profile for one of our top clients: a booming international scale-up in the travel sector that already has a team of over 500 people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and scale the CRO and experimentation program across app and web.

  • Drive mobile-first optimization, improving conversion within app flows.

  • Implement and manage feature flagging systems to enable fast and safe releases.

  • Design and execute high-quality A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.

  • Identify friction across the entire funnel: registration, purchase, upsell, and retention.

  • Deep dive into user behavior: funnels, cohorts, drop-off points, and session analysis.

  • Drive continuous improvements in UX, usability, and conversion flows.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship experiments quickly.

  • Build and lead a cross-functional CRO team (experimentation, analytics, operations).

  • Establish a company-wide culture of experimentation (speed and rigor).

  • Define clear metrics to measure the impact on conversion rate and revenue.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Product Growth roles.

  • Strong experience in mobile app optimization (iOS and Android).

  • Proven track record of improving conversion at scale for B2C products.

  • Hands-on experience with feature flags (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Firebase, Statsig).

  • Expert in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation systems.

  • Deep understanding of user experience, consumer behavior, and funnel optimization.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

  • Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.).

  • Fluency in English.

  • Based in Dublin or anywhere in Europe (outside of Spain).
