Location: Erlanger, KY 41018 — 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $24.00–$25.00/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Contract Duration: 6-month contract, potential for extension 

Overview

This position works closely with Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Accounts Payable, and Product Development & Applications (PD&A) to manage raw material onboarding, workflow approvals, vendor and inventory data, new product launches, formula revisions, supplier performance, and supply chain risk documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AS400 production workflow requests for new product phase-ins, promotions, formula revisions, raw material inactivations, and supplier or distributor updates.

• Coordinate the setup, documentation, and maintenance of vendor and ingredient records within systems such as TraceGains and AS400.

• Lead weekly cross-functional workflow meetings with PD&A, Regulatory, and Quality to prioritize approvals and maintain data accuracy.

• Research and resolve receiving and Accounts Payable discrepancies, including pricing and volume variances between manufacturing sites and suppliers.

• Generate and distribute monthly ingredient forecasts and supplier scorecards.

• Support raw material scouting and sourcing activities for new product development and innovation.

• Manage secondary sourcing workflows and sample requests for PD&A.

• Maintain Supply Chain Risk Management documentation and compliance requirements.

• Monitor raw material and inventory information to support procurement and supply chain activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with raw material procurement, vendor documentation, supply chain processes, or related workflow management.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with ERP or database systems such as AS400, SAP, or TraceGains strongly preferred.

• Power BI experience preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functional teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
