We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support the delivery of accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial insight.Â
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building their technical skills, and developing an understanding of how financial information supports business decisionâmaking. You will work closely with more senior finance colleagues and receive guidance and support as you develop in the role.Â

Key responsibilitiesÂ
Â
- Support the production of management reporting, including variance analysis Â
- Help gather and analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and movementsÂ
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of quarterly forecasts and budgetsÂ
- Work with budget holders to understand central costs and performance, with guidance from the wider teamÂ
- Support adâhoc analysis, business cases, and reporting requestsÂ
- Help maintain and improve reporting templates and spreadsheetsÂ
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within reports and modelsÂ
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5hrs a week on a hybrid basis: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Please note you MUST live within commutable distance to our offices in Gloucester GL10.
- Studying towards, or interested in studying towards, a finance qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent practical experienceÂ
- Experience in a finance or analytical role (graduate role welcomed)Â
- Good Excel skills and a willingness to improve modelling and analysis capabilityÂ
- Able to communicate clearly and build positive working relationshipsÂ
- Good attention to detailÂ
- Keen to learn, motivated, and comfortable working to deadlines to support the FP&A Manager and Finance Business PartnersÂ
 DesirableÂ
- Â Exposure to management reporting or forecastingÂ
- Experience using and building Power BI toolsÂ
