Role- Process Consultant (ServiceNow ITAM – Business Analyst)

Location: PAN India (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITAM implementations.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications/user stories.

• Design and improve IT Asset Management processes (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).

• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Support UAT, documentation, process mapping, and client communication.

• Recommend ITAM best practices aligned with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong Business Analyst/Process Consultant expertise.

• Hands-on experience in ITAM (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).

• Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle, Software Licensing, Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM.

• Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, User Stories, UAT, and Agile methodology.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
