Senior .Net Core Developer with FHIR

We are seeking a highly motivated FHIR Engineer to join our Healthcare Interoperability team. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based interoperability solutions supporting Coverage Requirements Discovery (CRD), Prior Authorization Support (PAS), and integration between enterprise care management applications, EHR systems, and FHIR platforms.

• Ensure interoperability compliance and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively across architecture, product, QA, and development teams.
• Contribute to reusable and maintainable interoperability solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development using.NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in:
• C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
• Entity Framework / ORM tools
• RESTful services and microservices architecture
• Good understanding of:
• Design patterns (SOLID principles)
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience withSQL Server or other databases.
• Familiarity withAWS is preferred.
• Experience working onFHIR Project is mandatory
• Experience withversion control systems (Git).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure tomicroservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Basic knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding ofsecurity best practices (authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT).
• Experience withperformance tuning and monitoring tools.
