Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM M-F
Job Description:
- They will be working independently to provide triage support to the print environment.
- Daily tasks include delivering toner, executing "triage" break fix activities (check for jams, identify what may be causing the client's issue).
- If the candidate had experience in printer breakfix, that would be ideal, but not necessarily a dealbreaker if they do not.
- Service now experience is also a plus.
- There is a lot of walking, some driving to different locations, and lifting is required.
- Have a team member out on medical leave and are waiting to hear when they will be released back.
- Our associates walk a great deal within their campuses, and lift printers and small multifunction machines.
- All associates have a desk area to work at with seating when not interacting with an end user on their ticket.
- Candidate will be travelling to areas nearby to support tickets. Those areas include: West Allis, Franklin, Bayview, Oak Creek.
Driving: This individual will be required to drive to other locations to work tickets. Toner and occasionally small printers are transported. They would need to use their own car.
