Pay Rate:$20.00- $21.00/hr
Duration: 3 months+
Hours: 8-5pm, M-F
Summary:
- Working independently to provide triage support to the print environment at a large hospital.
- Daily tasks include delivering toner, executing "triage" break fix activities (check for jams, identify what may be causing the client's issue).
- If the candidate had experience in printer breakfix, that would be ideal, but not necessarily a dealbreaker if they do not.
- Service now experience is also a plus.
- There is a lot of walking, some driving to different locations, and lifting is required. Someone with energy and attention to detail.
- Experience in fixing machines is a definite plus.
- Ability to multitask.
- Our associates walk a great deal within their campuses, and lift printers and small multifunction machines.
- All associates have a desk area to work at with seating when not interacting with an end user on their ticket.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
- IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support)
- Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers, and company products J
