Print Services Engineer

Location: Racine, WI 53403 – Remote or Onsite Options Available
Pay: $55.74–$56.55/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Duration: 6-Month Contract | 40 Hours/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedPrint Services Engineer to provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise print services and assist with large-scale printer refreshes, migrations, and platform implementations.

This position will work closely with internal IT teams and HP engineers to configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise printing solutions and supporting network/server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex print, network, VLAN, server, and platform integration issues.

  • Support enterprise printer refreshes, migrations, pilots, U.S. rollouts, and global deployments.

  • Configure, administer, monitor, and optimize enterprise print management platforms.

  • SupportHP Web Jetadmin, HP Advance, HP Security Manager, and Ricoh Streamline NX.

  • Manage printer discovery, onboarding, fleet health, availability, and migration activities.

  • Support print security standards, including badge-based pull printing and print-anywhere capabilities.

  • Partner with HP engineers and internal infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale print services and related IT infrastructure.

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale printer refreshes, migrations, or enterprise print platform deployments.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise printing, networking, infrastructure, and print security.

  • Experience withHP Web Jetadmin, HP Advance, HP Security Manager, Ricoh Streamline NX, or comparable enterprise print management platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
