1. Extensive experience in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Microsoft Intune across large and mid-sized enterprise environments, including:
2. 1. Design, implementation, and ongoing management of UEM platforms.
   2. Creation ofcomplex, customized security policies tailored to dynamic customer environments and evolving security postures.
   3. Development ofaudit-ready documentation, compliance frameworks, and operational playbooks.
3. Hands-on leadership in vulnerability remediation across diverse endpoint ecosystems:

1. 1. Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints.
   2. Windows and Linux server environments.
   3. Integration of remediation workflows with SIEM/SOAR platforms and compliance dashboards.

1. Established and governed patch compliance processes for enterprise-scale environments:

1. 1. Designed automated patching workflows and exception handling.
   2. Built real-time compliance reporting and tracking mechanisms.
   3. Ensured alignment with internal audit, regulatory, and SLA requirements.

Additional technical skill sets inPowerShell and Python scripting, enabling automation, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting—considered a strong advantage
