About the Role
Do you enjoy welcoming guests, bringing people together, and keeping events running smoothly? If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, catering, or event coordination, your skills could be a great fit for our Event Coordinator role.
You’ll help create a welcoming, well-organized experience at our introductory workshop events — from greeting attendees and assisting with registration to answering questions and keeping event details on track. You’ll also follow up with prospective students who need help completing their registration.
Working alongside our Preview Presenters in Framingham, MA, and at off-site events throughout the local area, you’ll bring the warmth, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet that make great hosts stand out. Your work will help attendees feel comfortable and supported.
