The RoleÂ
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to play a key role in driving efficient, scalable, and high-quality in-house recruitment and people operations. Reporting to the People Director, you’ll provide critical support to the People Team by managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, workforce administration, and process improvement initiatives across the business.Â
The People Team does not operate under the traditional HR Business Partner model and there will be opportunities to support internal stakeholders across the business, contribute to projects, and further develop broader HR skills and experience within a collaborative and supportive team environment; an ideal opportunity for someone who has an ambition to develop their career in Talent and HR. Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies simultaneouslyÂ
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across all levels of the business, including creation of job descriptions and assessment processesÂ
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communicationsÂ
- Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and internal systemsÂ
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring processÂ
- Prepare offer documentation, contracts, and onboarding paperworkÂ
- Conduct and manage pre-employment screening and compliance activities including references, right to work checks, and supporting documentationÂ
- Manage contractor and employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboardingÂ
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, vetting requirements, inductions, and system access requestsÂ
- Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce records using Workable and FactorialÂ
- Manage contractor documentation and invoicing administrationÂ
- Track contractor end dates, renewals, extensions, and approvalsÂ
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes through automation and AI-supported solutionsÂ
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment workflows, reporting, scheduling, and administration processesÂ
- Contribute to scalable and data-driven people operations as the business continues to growÂ
- Support HR administration, people initiatives, and project delivery across the People TeamÂ
- Produce recruitment reporting and hiring updates for the People DirectorÂ
About YouÂ
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is proactive, detail-oriented, highly professional, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.Â
- 2–3 years’ experience within a high-volume recruitment or recruitment administration roleÂ
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycleÂ
- Experience supporting onboarding and workforce administration processesÂ
- Experience using Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn talent tools is essentialÂ
- Experience using Factorial HRIS and Certn and/or another verification platform is desirableÂ
- Experience within regulated, compliance-driven, security, government, intelligence, or defence sectors would be highly advantageousÂ
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrityÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all business levelsÂ
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- A proactive mindset with interest in AI, automation, scalable processes, and operational improvementÂ
- Ability to balance process innovation with a people-first and relationship-led approachÂ
- Comfortable supporting internal stakeholders and contributing to wider HR projects within a supportive People Team environmentÂ
