Drive Innovation and Impact as a Product Manager while Supervising a Team at PRC-Saltillo!
What You'll Do
In addition to continuing to work as a Product Manager,the Supervising Product Managerwill take on supervisory responsibilities, which include:
- Assists management in the operation of the department, including the coordination of resources and assets, budgeting and scheduling, process and work system management, interviewing/hiring, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Mentors other members of theproduct management team, including the technical and administrative supervision of another team member’s work.
- Reviews product strategy with managers/directors to ensure that the final products are built to specifications and meeting needs of the customers.
- Assists in ensuring product management lifecycle processes are consistent with the Company.
- Completes performance appraisals as required by Company policies in a timely fashion, including follow-up responsibility to assist with professional development and/or disciplinary actions as required for the staff assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At leastthree years of Product Management experience.
- Minimum oftwo years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Supervisory or people leadership experience.
- Experience working with AAC users, communication partners, and AAC professionals.
- Experience with Jira.
- Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or assistive technology environment.
