Job Summary:

We are seeking aPractice Director – Oracle ERP Finance to lead large-scale public sector ERP Finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strongOracle ERP technical and functional finance expertise, particularly inFund Accounting andEncumbrance Accounting, and proven experience leading ERP implementations in aPublic Sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Oracle ERP Finance practice, overseeing implementation and delivery across multiple clients.
• Serve as asolution lead on projects, providing both technical and functional guidance.
• Design and implement financial solutions aligned withFund Accounting,Encumbrance Accounting, andBudgetary Control principles.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to define requirements, design business processes, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive delivery excellence by managing project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Oversee proposal development, pre-sales activities, and RFP responses for public sector engagements.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical/functional leadership in Oracle Financials.
• Collaborate with Oracle and internal teams to ensure compliance with best practices and architecture standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for the ERP Finance practice.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience implementingOracle ERP Financials (E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Deep expertise inFund Accounting,Encumbrance Accounting,Budgetary Control,Grants Management, andGeneral Ledger.
• 5+ years of experience working withPublic Sector clients or government organizations.
• Proven ability to leadend-to-end ERP Finance implementations in a technical/functional lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and public sector financial operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project teams and mentoring consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certification preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification a plus.
