Program Management Leader

About the Role

Power Innovations International (PII) is seeking aProgram Management Leader to drive the successful development of next-generationEV Charging andPower Conversion / Edge Energy (PC/EE) products. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, and builds scalable program management processes across the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys aligning engineering, business, and customer needs into successful product launches.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage PII’s project management team
• Overseenew product development programs from concept through launch
• Drive execution of EV charging and power conversion product initiatives
• Ensure projects are deliveredon-time, on-budget, and to scope
• Develop and implement standardizedproject management tools and processes
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on program and product status
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Evaluateprogram financial viability and product profitability
• Define clear project goals and maintain focus across teams
• Lead productive stakeholder and cross-functional meetings

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in theelectrical industry
• Preferred: 2+ years inEV, energy storage, or power conversion
