We are currently hiring for the position ofRCM Electrical Engineer forSaudi Arabia.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: RCM Electrical Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Work Visa
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day / 5 Days per Week

SALARY

The salary will be based strictly on the candidate's total relevant experience:

Total Experience must minimum 8 years to 11 years

Important: The salary is fixed according to the above experience bracket.There will be NO salary negotiation after selection.

JOB PURPOSE

The RCM Electrical Engineer will lead and supportReliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for electrical systems and equipment, with the objective of improving equipment reliability, availability and lifecycle performance.

The position requires practical knowledge and hands-on application ofRCM methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute RCM studies for electrical systems and equipment in accordance withSAE JA1011 / JA1012.

• Apply theseven RCM questions to identify appropriate maintenance strategies.

• Develop reliability strategies for:

  • LV / MV / HV electrical systems

  • Transformers

  • Generators

  • Motors

  • Switchgear

  • UPS systems

  • Electrical distribution systems

• ConductFMEA / FMECA studies to identify potential failure modes and their consequences.

• PerformRCA / RCFA and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Analyze electrical equipment failure data, protection trips, condition-monitoring information and maintenance history.

• Calculate and analyzeMTBF and use reliability data to optimize preventive maintenance and inspection frequencies.

• Develop and optimize electrical maintenance plans, inspection strategies and preventive maintenance programs.

• Lead and facilitateRCM / FMECA workshops with multidisciplinary teams.

• Train and mentor electrical maintenance personnel and engineers in RCM principles and reliability practices.

• UtilizeGE APM Meridium andSAP CMMS for reliability and maintenance activities.

• Support asset health monitoring, equipment criticality assessment and continuous reliability improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering and other relevant stakeholders.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Oil & Gas

• Petrochemical

• Power

• Utilities

• Heavy Industrial facilities

Experience with applicable international engineering/reliability standards and working inmultidisciplinary and multicultural environments will be an advantage.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

✅ Bachelor's Degree inElectrical Engineering or related discipline

✅ Minimum8+ years of relevant experience inElectrical Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering

✅ Minimum3+ years of hands-on RCM experience

✅ Hands-on RCM experience must be based onSAE JA1011 / JA1012

✅ Experience working onlarge-scale industrial / EPC projects

✅ Strong technical knowledge of:

• LV / MV / HV Electrical Systems

• Transformers

• Generators

• Motors

• Switchgear

• UPS

• Electrical Protection

• Power Distribution Systems

✅ Strong experience inFMEA / FMECA

✅ Strong experience inRCA / RCFA

✅ Hands-on experience withGE APM Meridium

✅ Hands-on experience withSAP CMMS / SAP PM

✅CMRP Certification is MANDATORY
