Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits.

Tierra designs and develops electronic systems (both software and hardware) for geo-localization, management, remote diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and industrial products.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY

• He/she contributes to the analysis, design and development of critical parts of the project

• He/she develops the code in compliance with the company standards

• He/she is in charge of the Unit Test for the functionalities developed, trying to automatize the execution of the tests, when possible

• He/she stores the produced software and updates the documentation within his/her competence

• He/she actively cooperates with the colleagues of the team

REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Computer Science degree or equivalent

• Good knowledge C++, with experience in embedded applications;

• EmbOS and FreeRTOS;

• MQTT communication protocol; background in CAN;

• Git/GitHub for version control;

• Embedded Linux; Unit tests, bdd;

• GPS-based techniques and related algorithms;
