In our brand new Dental Implant Category Manager role, you'll lead on everything from growth and marketing initiatives to supplier partnerships and clinical engagement. There's plenty of variety, so what does success look like in the first 6 months?

• Aclear category growth strategy and delivery roadmap established and agreed with senior stakeholders.
• Strong engagementwith clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads and practice teams across the network.
• Tangible improvements in category performance, treatment uptake and patient access.
• Effective supplier partnerships delivering innovation, training and commercial value.
• Scalable treatment pathways and operational workflowssuccessfully implemented across practices.
• Clear performance reporting and insight frameworks in place to support ongoing category development.

We welcome your application to our Category Manager role if you have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences).
• Some professional experience in category management, programme management or commercial project delivery, ideally within a structured or blue-chip organisation.
• Demonstrated ability todeliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Strongstakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, operational teams and senior leaders.
• Strongcommercial awareness and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvement.
• Excellentcommunication, organisation and delivery skills.

Spending time in our practices is key for this role (along the lines of 3 days a week out in practice and 2 days working from home), so you'll also need to have a full driving license and car - and of course we'll cover all of your travel expenses.
