We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to work closely with marketing channel owners to turn campaign and creative briefs into polished, on-brand assets across our portfolio of brands.Â
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can move quickly, manage multiple requests, and translate business goals into effective creative across web, email, paid media, social, and sales collateral. The right person is highly tactical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand systems while bringing a strong design point of view to each project.Â
You will partner with channel owners to understand campaign goals, audience needs, timelines, and performance context, then produce creative that is clear, consistent, and ready to launch.Â

What You Will Do As ASenior Marketing Designer
Creative Execution & Production
Campaign Creative: Design assets for marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, landing pages, etc.Â
Brief Translation: Take campaign and creative briefs from channel owners and turn them into effective visual concepts and finished assets.Â
Fast, High-Quality Output: Balance speed and quality while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.Â
Multi-Channel Design: Create design work across a wide range of formats, including:Â
Website and landing page visualsÂ
Email marketing assetsÂ
Paid social and display adsÂ
Social graphics and informational postsÂ
Presentation or internal support materialsÂ
Production-Ready Files: Deliver clean, organized, final files that are easy to use, hand off, and adapt across channels.Â
Brand StewardshipÂ
Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines across all creative work to ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone.Â
Design Judgment: Use strong design instincts to make smart choices around layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, and channel-specific best practices.Â
Brand Systems: Help maintain and improve reusable design systems, templates, components, and creative patterns.Â
Quality Control: Review work carefully for accuracy, polish, and alignment with brand standards before it goes live.Â
Collaboration & FeedbackÂ
Channel Partnership: Work directly with channel owners to understand the goal of each request, the intended audience, and what success looks like.Â
Stakeholder Feedback: Manage feedback in a clear, practical way by asking clarifying questions, organizing revisions, and keeping projects moving.Â
Creative Recommendations: Offer thoughtful design recommendations when a request could be improved based on brand standards, user experience, channel performance, or creative best practices.Â
Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other internal teams to support business needs across the portfolio.Â

What You Will Bring As A Senior Marketing Designer
Experience & BackgroundÂ
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or within an agency supporting marketing teamsÂ
Strong portfolio showing marketing design across digital channelsÂ
Experience in designing direct response assetsÂ
Strong skillset in testing methodology and how it relates to design testingÂ
Experience designing within established brand guidelinesÂ
Ability to take a brief from request to final asset with limited hand-holdingÂ
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at onceÂ
Comfort designing for performance-oriented channels like email, paid social, display, and landing pagesÂ

Design Craft & ToolsÂ
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteÂ
Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skillsÂ
Experience creating reusable templates, components, and design systemsÂ
Understanding of channel-specific specs and best practicesÂ
Ability to prepare clean files for handoff, production, or implementationÂ
Basic understanding of web, email, and responsive design principlesÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience designing for multi-brand organizationsÂ
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platformsÂ
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web designÂ
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similarÂ
Motion, video, or light animation experienceÂ
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similarÂ
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams Â
Excellent written and communication skills in English language Â
