Hiring: BDC Administrator

• Pay: $18-$20 hourly
• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience? Our busy Stellantis dealership is looking for a Service BDC Administrator to help drive customer satisfaction and support our growing service department.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a critical role. Your role will involve managing inbound service inquiries, scheduling appointments, supporting retention efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound service calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm customer service appointments
• Conduct appointment reminder and follow-up communications
• Assist with service retention campaigns and customer outreach
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with service advisors and department leaders to maximize shop efficiency
• Monitor appointment schedules and ensure proper routing of customer concerns
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience with every interaction

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of previous automotive, customer service, or call center experience is ideal
• Proficient in phone systems, email, and CRM software
• Customer-first mindset with strong phone and email etiquette
• Ability to convert leads into appointments
• Persistent follow-up and appointment confirmation
• Strong data entry skills for tracking calls, appointments, and customer interactions
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with vehicle service and maintenance terminology is ideal but not required

Total Rewards

The hourly pay for this position is $18-$20. Bonuses are based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
