Entegris is growing and is seeking a Senior Specialist, Benefits, Leave & Disability to play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across benefits and leave programs. This position could be hybrid based in Billerica, MA or remote within the U.S.
This role supports the administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs—including medical, dental, vision, life, spending accounts, voluntary benefits, and the 401(k) plan—while managing end-to-end leave of absence processes across designated U.S. locations.Â
Serving as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners, the role provides guidance on benefit programs and leave policies, resolves inquiries, and ensures seamless program administration. Responsibilities include supporting enrollments, maintaining benefit data, administering leave claims, and partnering with vendors and payroll to ensure accurate pay and benefits continuation. The Senior Specialist, Benefits, Leave & Disability also ensures compliance with applicable regulations and partners with the Director, Global Benefits on program administration and key initiatives.Â

In this role, you will:Â
BenefitsÂ
Respond to employee and HR inquiries on benefit plans, enrollments, status changes, and 401(k) activityÂ
Support annual open enrollment, including employee assistance and vendor coordinationÂ
Partner with vendors to resolve issues and identify trendsÂ
Support compliance activities, including ACA testing and 1095-C administrationÂ
Assist with required filings and documentation for health and welfare plansÂ
Leave of AbsenceÂ
Serve as subject matter expert for leave programs and administration lifecycleÂ
Administer and track leave claims; communicate approvals, denials, and return-to-work statusÂ
Guide employees and managers on leave processes and requirementsÂ
Partner with third-party vendor to resolve issues and ensure timely processingÂ
Coordinate with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay, benefits continuation, and deductionsÂ
Identify and implement process improvementsÂ

QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldÂ
CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification, preferredÂ
5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience, preferred
Knowledge of FMLA, disability, and state leave programsÂ
Experience working with diverse employee populationsÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance data analysis, reporting, and process efficiencyÂ
High level of discretion with confidential informationÂ

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000, based upon candidate experience/skillset.
