Position Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes and opportunities that strengthen recruiting, retention and workforce planning.

• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges, providing data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.

• Lead analytics projects, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality and business processes.

• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership that support strategic business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related fieldpreferred.

• 4+ years of experience analyzing workforce, HR or business data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Knowledge in Python or database management isa plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Human Resource Information Systemspreferred.
