The Product Manager, DC, Retirement Solutions supports the end-to-end development of the Pension Services Platform and associated systems for the now: pensions master trust. This role focuses on enabling high-quality product development through evaluation, planning, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external build partners. Based in London, you will work in a hybrid model (at least three days per week in the office) and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience—shaping products that meet member and employer needs and contribute to business growth. 

We will count on you to:

• Support delivery of the product vision by working with external build partners to ensure effective, high-quality execution.
• Translate product vision into applications and features that deliver value to members and employers, aligned to the overall proposition.
• Partner closely with UX and engineering teams (internal and external) to deliver an excellent, customer-centric user experience.
• Work with the Head of Product and other Product Managers to shape and maintain the product roadmap using user research, usage insights, market developments, and client feedback.
• Own a range of product features as the subject matter expert, defining success measures and monitoring, reporting, and communicating product progress.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and introducing better tools, processes, and practices to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
• Contribute to commercial outcomes by supporting revenue growth, driving cost discipline through partner management, and improving operational efficiency via automation and self-service.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact on the product proposition and delivery priorities.

What you need to have:

• Essential: Pensions experience, including knowledge of DC (defined contribution) retirement solutions and the member/employer journey.
• Experience working in a technology-driven business and contributing to successful product outcomes in a collaborative, multi-team environment.
• Knowledge and experience of pensions administration platforms, including understanding of master trust products and UK DC pensions legal/compliance considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels (including proficiency in SQL).
