As we expand our Enterprise Division, we are seeking a Europe-based Senior Retouching & Client Lead to help elevate visual standards and manage strategic client relationships.

The Role

This is a senior hybrid role combining:

• Advanced technical retouching expertise

 • Enterprise client leadership

 • Visual standard setting

 • Cross-team collaboration

You will serve as the quality authority and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring consistent aesthetic alignment and smooth delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts

 • Lead performance and alignment calls with clients

 • Define and document brand-specific visual standards

 • Approve calibration work and guide quality direction

 • Provide structured feedback to production leadership

 • Support internal training and visual consistency initiatives

 • Partner with operations to ensure scope clarity and commercial alignment

What This Role Is Not

• Not a daily production manager

 • Not an admin coordinator

 • Not a batch approver

 • Not a junior account role

This is a strategic quality and enterprise-facing leadership position.

Required Experience

• 3+ years professional retouching experience in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce

 • Advanced Photoshop expertise (masking, compositing, skin, color grading)

 • Experience working with Western fashion or retail brands

 • Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to critique at a senior level

 • Exposure to high-volume production environments

 • Client-facing or agency experience preferred
