Change Manager (2 Years FTC)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China.
Working closely with project teams, business leaders, and HR, you will help ensure employees are prepared for change, drive stakeholder engagement, and support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role will initially focus on transformation initiatives across HRIS, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the people side of regional transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and China.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful implementation and adoption of transformation projects.
Conduct change impact assessments and develop business readiness plans.
Partner with PMO, business leaders, and HR to support role redesign, workforce transition, and organizational change.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and guide leaders through the change journey.
Develop communication, engagement, and Change Champion plans across multiple countries.
Track change readiness, adoption, and post-go-live outcomes to ensure successful implementation.
Support the development of internal change management capability by sharing best practices with the PMO team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO change management standards, governance, and methodologies.
7–10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Enterprise Transformation, or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading change initiatives within large transformation programmes.
Experience managing regional or multi-country projects across Asia.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders across different functions and cultures.
Experience supporting enterprise system implementations such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Exposure to organizational design, business process improvement, shared services, or workforce transformation is an advantage.
Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.
