Job Description:
- To prepare information of shareholder, Board of Commissioner and Board of Director for each submitted policy and send to AML (Anti Money Laundering) Team to get their approval
- To prepare information required in the Risk Scoring Form of each submitted policy and send to AML Team to get their approval
- To prepare monthly listing to AML Team (list of policy processed in that month)
- To check completion of SPAK (Surat Pengajuan Asuransi Kumpulan), KYC (Know Your Customer) & KYN (Know Your Need) document of each submitted policy
- To check consistency of information between the one stated in SPAK and the one stated in the legal documents
- To file all the checked documents of each policy
- Support New System Enhancement
Job Requirement:
- Final year student or fresh graduate from Economics or Law
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area
- Committed to do 6 months internship
- Good in English both verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel
