Compensation Range: $13–15/hour base + uncapped appointment & close bonuses. Top performers can expect to earn $60,000–$95,000+ per year.

Role Overview (What You'll Do):

• Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods.
• Start friendly, professional conversations.
• Schedule free exterior home inspections for our sales team.
• Represent our company with honesty, professionalism, and energy.
• Track appointments using our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified homeowner appointments through neighborhood outreach.
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about Phillips Home Improvements and available services.
• Schedule qualified appointments that meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information.
• Represent the Phillips Home Improvements brand professionally.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance development.

• Consistently setting quality appointments.

• Valid TX Drivers' License and Good Driving Record
• Must be 18 years of age
• No Experience Required!

• W-2 non-exempt

• Hourly plus pay-for-performance incentives (or commission structure)
• Full-time or part-time status
