Homecare Nurse (LPN/RN)

LPN / RN - Homecare:

• $31 per hour, We offer PTO and Health Insurance after minimum hours worked requirements are met

• G-Tube Feedings: Administer scheduled nutritional support.
• Medication Administration: Give daily medications and nebulizer treatments.
• Seizure Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye and provide proactive care.
• Daily Support: Assist with toileting and overall physical comfort.
• Documentation: Seamlessly document care on a provided tablet.
• Specialty Nursing Services may include Trach-Vent Care and IV infusions (experience required)
• Maintain CEU's required for licensure and homecare services

• License: Active LPN or RN license with the NC BON or compact state.
• Experience: 1 year of LPN or RN experience within the last 3 years (RNs can also qualify with 1 year of past LPN experience within the last 3 years).
• Certification: Current, hands-on CPR Certification (In-person or hybrid courses only; 100% online courses cannot be accepted).
• Hiring Process: Willingness to complete standard online relias assessments, submit to drug screen and background check.
