Casino Dealer

A Casino Dealer’s core task is to operate table games. Depending on the role’s specifics, they might oversee rounds of poker, craps, roulette, blackjack, baccarat or a combination of these games. Beyond knowing the rules of each game, there are a variety of duties involved that Casino Dealers must perform with precision to keep sessions running smoothly and to maintain customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing allgameplay and actions at an assigned table
• Shuffling cards and distributing them to players
• Announcing the start and end of betting rounds
• Minimizing cheating and reporting inappropriate behavior
• Determining winners and distributing chips.
