German Teachers

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German language, culture, and teaching methodologies, with the ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibility

• Teaching: Conduct German language classes for[ Higher Secondary Students, IIT Students, Hotel Management Students , Graduates, Freshers etc.], covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.

• Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, incorporating both traditional and modern teaching techniques.

• Assessment:Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

• Cultural Immersion: Introduce students to German culture, traditions, and history, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the language.

• Classroom Management:Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.

• Communication Maintain open communication with students, and Kamaxi  administration team regarding student performance and progress.

• Professional Development Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and language acquisition trends to continually improve instructional practices.

Qualification:

• Certification: B2 Level certified in German Language

• Experience: Experience with online & Offline teaching platforms and digital learning tools..

• Language Proficiency Native or near-native proficiency in German, with excellent command of English.

• Strong  interpersonal and communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and adaptability to different learning styles.

• Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), particularly in preparing students to achieve a B1 proficiency level necessary for the German Ausbildung program.
