As an accredited Accuracy Checking Technician supporting our Digital Health Services division, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and affective administrative support in completing DMS (Discharge Medication Service) stage 2 and 3 for our patients. You will also primarily be working on the Pharmacy Contraception Service providing a first-class experience for our patients. You’ll work closely with pharmacy teams and cross-functional departments to maintain robust quality controls, support day-to-day clinical operations, and contribute to a workplace culture that is professional, collaborative, and purpose-led.

What you’ll be doing?
- To work within our Digital Health Services Team to provide stages 2 and 3 of DMS
- To conduct Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations, following full training.
- Be in contact with our patients daily on the phone, always ensuring patient focus
- To provide administrative support for NMS (New Medicine Service), DMS and PCS (Pharmacy Contraceptive Service) and any other requirements for the business
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
- Working within a high-volume environment
- Meeting set targets for individuals and team to meet business targets
- Working with key teams across the business (customer service, purchasing, operations & pharmacists
- Ensuring that the workplace remains fun, relaxed and friendly.
Who are we looking for?
- An accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Someone with strong communication skills (verbal and written), who is numerate, IT literate, and confident using systems such as Excel.
- A professional with experience in pharmacy (community or online), able to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines while following company and ethical standards.
- A team player who can also work independently, showing initiative, proactivity, and drive in their role.
- An individual who demonstrates patient‑focused customer service, ensuring care and accuracy in everything they do, with knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 desirable.
- Someone who can prioritise and organise workload effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and contributing to team and business goals.
