Sr ManagerÂ

- Right balance of leadership and managementÂ
- Technically sound in Windows Server administration, overall IT operations, IT service delivery, well-versed with ITIL processes, and a strong troubleshooter of technical issuesÂ
- Problem management with a methodological problem-solving approach (5 Whys, RCAs, Kepner-Tregoe)Â
People Management CompetenciesÂ
- 13+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing 12–15+ team membersÂ
- Experience leading junior managers/leaders and/or senior individual contributorsÂ
- Plan/roster team members to ensure optimal 24x7 coverageÂ
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career development planningÂ
- Ensure effective utilization of staff to meet milestones/goalsÂ
- Empower employees, delegate responsibility, and ensure accountabilityÂ
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting and feedbackÂ
- Maintain transparent communication across teamsÂ
- Identify and recruit internal/external talentÂ
- Recognize high performers and retain key talentÂ
- Communicate company updates and team progress regularlyÂ
Technical CompetenciesÂ
- Understanding of Global Command Center/Monitoring Operations (L1–L2)Â
- 10+ years of experience in Windows Server, IIS, application support, SQL, clusteringÂ
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, LogicMonitor, SentryOne, AppDynamicsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Â
- Experience leading ITIL-aligned teams (Incident, Problem, Change Management)Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Manage individual contributors and/or junior managersÂ
- Provide weekly/monthly KPI dashboardsÂ
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reportsÂ
- Drive root-cause resolution ('solve once')Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve resolution timelinesÂ
- Lead internal operational projectsÂ
- Balance multiple priorities including projects, enhancements, and maintenanceÂ
- Ensure compliance with policies and proceduresÂ
Academic and Professional QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ITÂ
- Relevant IT certifications are a plusÂ
Travel RequirementsÂ
- Willingness to travel regionally and/or internationallyÂ
