PeopleSoft System Administrators-Ritu/Aftab

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, and Production.
• Perform environment administration and ensure system availability and stability.
• Manage PeopleSoft patching and upgrade activities.
• Provide production support by diagnosing and resolving system outages and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and address middleware-related issues.
• Manage system security, including access control and user account administration.
• Monitor system performance and capacity, including CPU, memory, and disk utilization.
• Monitor Process Scheduler performance and collaborate with development teams on performance tuning.
• Perform project migrations between different PeopleSoft environments.
• Coordinate with DBAs and Windows/Linux administrators for infrastructure-related activities.
• Manage SSL certificates and support related technical requirements.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises and ensure system readiness.
• Support ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM platforms.
