Your Role:

🍹 Supervising the bar team to deliver fast, efficient and high-quality service.

📝 Overseeing orders, transactions and till operations, ensuring accuracy throughout service.

🍺 Creating an exciting, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

👥 Leading, supporting and motivating the bar team to maintain excellent service standards.

✨ Ensuring all bar areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.

💷 Managing cash handling, till procedures and end-of-shift reconciliations.

🔄 Overseeing bar backing, stock replenishment and ensuring the bar is fully prepared for service.

📦 Monitoring stock levels and communicating any shortages or requirements to management.

🛠️ Supporting the smooth running of service, resolving issues quickly and assisting the team during busy periods.
