Based at our Penrithsite, your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program toassist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.Â
Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekersÂ
Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employersÂ
Clearlyidentify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job readyÂ
Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforceÂ
Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes
About youÂ
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solveÂ
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targetsÂ
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essentialÂ
