Senior Engineer – Polyglot (Python + Java + React + AI/GenAI)

Role Overview

We are looking for aPolyglot Senior Engineer who thrives in building scalable, high-performance applications across multiple tech stacks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrateAI-powered solutions into modern applications.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and maintain backend services usingPython and Java (Spring Boot)
• 
  Build responsive and scalable frontend applications usingReact.js
• 
  IntegrateAI/GenAI capabilities into applications (LLMs, RAG, automation)
• 
  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple technologies
• 
  Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• 
  Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• 
  Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• 
  Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance

Must-Have Skills

• 
  Strong hands-on experience as aPolyglot Engineer
• 
  Proficiency inPython, Java, and React.js
• 
  Solid understanding ofbackend architecture, APIs, and microservices
• 
  Experience withdatabases (SQL / NoSQL)
• 
  Exposure toAI/GenAI concepts (LLMs, basic integrations)
• 
  Experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• 
  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
