- Location: Chinle, Arizona
- Department: Inpatient Medical-SurgicalPediatric Care Unit (PCU)
- Anticipated start date:November 1, 2026
- Initial term: 3-month base period, November 1, 2026–January 31, 2027
- Potential contract length: Option periods could extend assignment throughOctober 31, 2028
- Schedule: Day shift is listed as11.5 hours with a 1-hour lunch break
- Night shift:12 hours with a 30-minute lunch break
- Frequency:7 shifts every 2 weeks
- Must be willing to workdays and nights
- Rotating day/night shifts may be required
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
Gross Pay Weekly: $2866 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1620 ($45/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $770 per week
OT Rate: $80 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2380 (based on 36hrs)
Gross Pay Weekly: $3686 (Based on 48hrs)
