Remote Operations Manager for Health & Wellness Brand - A379

Compensation Range: $2,750 USD/month based on experience

A global health and wellness brand working at the intersection of science, education, and direct-to-consumer commerce is looking for an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-scaling Shopify business.

Built around a creator-led platform with millions of followers worldwide, the company has rapidly expanded its Shopify product catalog across the US, EU, UK, and Australian markets. The team is lean, fully remote, and highly independent, with a strong emphasis on ownership and operational excellence as it scales its global footprint.

Day-to-day, the role manages global 3PL relationships, inventory forecasting, supplier and manufacturer coordination, product launch execution, invoicing workflows, and Shopify back-end support across multiple international markets. Success means efficient end-to-end product flow, accurate inventory planning, fewer stockouts and fulfillment errors, on-time launches, and scalable systems that let leadership shift from operational firefighting toward growth and expansion.

Must-Have

• 3–6+ years in e-commerce operations, supply chain operations, or DTC Shopify environments
• Hands-on experience managing global 3PL providers and multi-warehouse fulfillment across international markets (US, EU, UK, AU), including WRO creation and SLA/KPI monitoring
• Demonstrated inventory forecasting and replenishment planning, including demand models across multiple SKUs and product variants
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (forecasting models, dashboards, operational reporting)
• Experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, and production timelines simultaneously, including lead time, pricing, and MOQ negotiation
• Operational experience in Shopify Plus, including product management, bulk updates, kitting/bundling, and back-end workflow configuration
• C1+ English (CEFR) for direct collaboration with company leadership and global fulfillment partners

Nice-to-Have

• Direct experience with ShipBob, Hive, or equivalent 3PL platforms
• Shopify Flows and operational automation experience
• Industry exposure to supplements, wellness, skincare, cosmetics, or subscription-based businesses
• Familiarity with Notion for operations documentation and AI workflow tools (e.g., Claude)
• Exposure to cost analysis, landed costs, and operational financial reporting
