Contexte :
Migration vers SAP S4 HANA, ils recherchent un PCO programme fort en analyse et gouvernance financieĢre d'un projet, il devra supporter un directeur de programme et plusieurs gestionnaires de projets
Savoir-eĢtre rechercheĢ
- Leadership et capaciteĢ aĢ influencer les parties prenantes.
- ProactiviteĢ et autonomie.
- Excellente capaciteĢ d'organisation et de planification.
- Esprit analytique et souci du deĢtail.
- HabileteĢ aĢ travailler dans des environnements complexes et multidisciplinaires
Requis :
- Au minimum 10 ans comme PCO
- Au minimum 5 ans comme PCO programme / portefeuille
- ExpeĢrience solide en gestion et gouvernance financieĢre d'un projet
- Avoir participer aĢ la mise en place et l'ameĢlioration de processus visant aĢ ameĢliorer et / ou mesurer la performance et la gouvernance financieĢre d'un projet
- Avoir travailler sur portefeuilles / projets / programme d'une envergure de 20 M et +
- Avoir de l'expeĢrience en mode multi projet
- Bilingue ou unilingue anglophone

The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Context:
Migration to SAP S/4HANA. They are looking for a strong Program PCO with expertise in financial analysis and project financial governance. The candidate will support a Program Director and several Project Managers.

- Proactive and autonomous.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PCO.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program/Portfolio PCO.
- Strong experience in project financial management and governance.
- Experience implementing and improving processes aimed at enhancing and/or measuring project performance and financial governance.
- Experience working on portfolios/projects/programs with a scale of $20M+.
- Experience working in a multi-project environment.
- Bilingual or English-only speaker.
- Knowledge of the SAP environment (strong asset).
