Weāre hiring aSenior Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our B2B growth engine.
This is not a coordination role.
You will:
- Drivepipeline, leads, and revenue
- Ownpaid + organic + outbound channels
- Build and optimizefull-funnel marketing systems
- Work directly with leadership to scale growth

š What Youāll Own
1. B2B Growth & Demand Generation (Core Focus)
- Build and executefull-funnel B2B marketing strategies
- DriveMQL ā SQL ā pipeline growth
- Own both:
- Inbound (content, SEO, organic)
- Outbound (email, LinkedIn, campaigns)
- Improvelead quality, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
- Build scalablegrowth systems, not one-off campaigns
2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Manage campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Optimize for:
- CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates
- Run structured testing across:
- Audiences
- Creatives
- Messaging
- Landing pages
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
3. Content, SEO & Organic Growth
- SupportSEO strategy + keyword targeting
- Improveorganic traffic and inbound demand
- Align messaging across:
- Paid
- Organic
- Outbound
- Optimizelanding pages and funnels for conversion
4. CRM, Email & Marketing Operations
- Own marketing workflows in:
- HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Build:
- Nurture sequences
- Lead scoring systems
- Automation workflows
- Improve:
- Attribution
- Reporting visibility
- Campaign analytics
5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align closely withsales on pipeline and revenue targets
- Present performance insights to leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams or external vendors
- Identify and fixexecution bottlenecks
- Help scale the marketing function

Must-Have
- 5+ years inB2B digital marketing / growth marketing
- Proven track record driving:
- Pipeline growth
- Qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs)
- Revenue impact
- Strong experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Experience managingmulti-channel demand generation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
